Gynecomastia Correction

Gynecomastia is the enlargement of male breast tissue due to hormonal imbalance, medications, or idiopathic causes. At Sirpi Aesthetics, it is corrected through a combination of liposuction for fat removal and surgical gland excision under general anesthesia — typically performed as a day-care procedure. For patients with excess skin, BodyTite Radiofrequency Skin Tightening can be added as an adjunct (additional probe charges apply). Compression garments are mandatory post-operatively. Swelling resolves within a few weeks, with final chest contour visible over 6–12 weeks.

Pre-Surgical Process

Photographs taken from multiple angles
Compression garments

Surgery Day – What to Expect

Fasting instructions will be provided 8 hours before
No makeup, moisturizers, or jewelry
You will be prepped in our recovery lounge and shifted to the OT
Procedure performed under local or general anesthesia
Post-op monitoring in recovery bay

Admission & Discharge

Day-care: For minor procedures like dimple creation, liposuction (small areas), and gynecomastia
1-day admission: For tummy tuck, breast procedures, mommy makeover
You will be discharged once fully stable with post-op instructions

Pain will be controlled with medications
You’ll be guided on wound care, posture, and physical activity
Compression garments help reduce swelling and improve results (where needed)
